Despite some minor hiccups like the unforeseen parking pass and breakfast charges, the staff's quick response and friendly demeanor left a positive impression. the efficient housekeeping and maintenance team ensured that any issues were promptly resolved, allowing me to focus on enjoying my time at the hotel. The welcoming glass of wine upon check-in was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a pleasant stay. the cozy fireplace in the suite, along with the peaceful courtyard view, provided a tranquil setting for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby Redwood Springs Trail Loop and Los Gatos Boulevard shopping centers.
